    I wanted to let you know that on July 27th (today) at 7pm, Pacific Time (basically in about 9.5 hours), all Meteor Games applications will be taken down for maintenance. We are planning for the games to come back up sometime in the morning on July 28th.

    I know trophies mean a lot to many of you and I know that the loss of those trophies is a big hit on general game moral since you essentially lost all that work, time and effort. Honestly, I do see your point of view since I lost all mine also; even though I'm a very, very casual player, it did make me a bit sad.

    We believe we may have found some uncorrupted backups for your lost inventories. Support should now have the ability to merge old inventories with current, but only if you write (or have written) into support. We are attempting to find a way to do an automatic merge of old and new inventories, but for now it will have to be support who does the merging.

    I just wanted to update you all that support times are still varying and can be lengthy but support is caught up with all tickets sent in March. So if you sent in a ticket in March and have not received a response then our support team did not receive it or it was received in error. I believe the longest wait time right now is 12 days and those tickets were received on April 1. If you sent in a ticket in April, it may still be pending in our system.

    So once again huge apologies for the past week. We've had to do a lot of crazy stuff to fix our network. There's been lots of late nights and coffee consumed to try and rewire our datacentre to make Island Paradise super fast.
